Accountant
Responsibilities:

Operations and Business Applications Manager
We are seeking an Operations and Business Applications Manager to lead key operational and technical functions, including card issuance, onboarding of new institutions, and support for system-related activities.
The role also includes managing and optimizing core business applications while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management of existing new card programs.
• Administer and optimize core business applications, particularly the MXP Select System.
• Manage the full application lifecycle: configuration, deployment, updates, and performance.
• Conduct system testing and ensure proper documentation, training, and user support.
• Identify and implement workflow automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies by supervising operational activities and validating reports.
• Provide technical and operational support to partner banks.
• Lead and develop the operations team through training, feedback, and performance management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in managing electronic payment systems, including credit, debit, and prepaid card programs.
• Strong Knowledge of card management systems and expertise in Visa and Mastercard clearing and settlement processes.
• Practical involvement in banking value-added services (VAS) such as loyalty, installment, and Islamic financial products.
• Experience with MXP Select System is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.

Credit Risk Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• Support the development and enhancement of credit risk frameworks, models, and scoring systems.
• Monitor the credit risk assessment process across the portfolio to ensure alignment with the company’s risk appetite.
• Identify, analyze, and report on credit exposures; recommend appropriate mitigation strategies and credit limits.
• Collaborate with business units to balance credit risk management with commercial objectives and strategic goals.
• Prepare regular risk reports and dashboards for senior management, providing insights on portfolio performance, emerging risks, and trends.
• Review and validate credit underwriting practices and ensure consistent application of credit policies and procedures.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with internal credit risk policies as well as external regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the development and testing of credit risk stress testing scenarios and portfolio simulations.
• Contribute to system enhancement initiatives related to credit risk data, automation, and reporting infrastructure.
• Engage in the continuous improvement of credit processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, controls, and risk coverage.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in credit risk, banking, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of credit risk analysis, financial statements, and rating systems.
• Experience in policy and procedure development is a plus.

Compliance Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s compliance program in line with CBJ regulations and international standards.
• Conduct regular compliance checks and risk assessments to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor business activities to ensure ongoing adherence to AML/CTF, consumer protection, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory reports and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide support and guidance to departments regarding the interpretation and application of compliance policies.
• Participate in internal investigations related to compliance breaches and follow up on remediation efforts.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure proper implementation of internal controls and compliance procedures.
• Stay updated on changes in applicable laws and regulations and assist in updating internal policies accordingly.
• Contribute to compliance training sessions and raise awareness of regulatory requirements across the organization.
• Maintain comprehensive and auditable records of compliance activities and findings.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs, preferably in the financial services or fintech sector.
• Familiarity with CBJ regulatory framework, AML/CTF obligations, and industry best practices.
• Strong skills in risk assessment, documentation, and regulatory interpretation.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
