Manager, E-Channels

Location: Amman | Full-Time

MEPS is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Channels manager to help Planning and implementing electronic channel strategies and systems to improve customer experience and enhance the company’s growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and updating electronic channel strategies to meet the needs of the company and customers, while advancing in the field of technology and innovation in digital payments.

  • Monitoring the performance of current electronic channels and identifying areas for improvement to enhance customer service and ensure the success of all transactions.

  • Supervising the setup of new ATMs, electronic channels, and point-of-sale (POS) systems and ensuring their operational efficiency and activation in accordance with approved service standards.

  • Collaborating with the Project Management Director to design projects and develop project plans—from resource and cost identification to the implementation phase—for both internal projects and those with banks.

  • Supervising testing processes and ensuring that all requirements for new projects are met and fully covered before moving to the implementation phase.

  • Following up on the certification processes for all devices by global payment companies such as MasterCard, Visa, and Amex.

  • Working with the Innovation and Product Development Manager, as well as the Banking and Financial Institutions, Sales, and Operations Managers, to launch and enhance digital products and services that meet customer needs and market requirements.

  • Enhancing the performance and operation of various digital channels, such as websites and other digital payment interfaces.

  • Assisting in building relationships with vendors, establishing effective contracts, monitoring ongoing and future projects and modifications, and following up on issues to develop solutions in collaboration with them.

  • Monitoring technological developments and enhancing electronic channels in line with the latest standards and innovations in the digital payment industry.

  • Collaborating with the Budget and Financial Planning Manager to develop and monitor the department’s budget.

  • Coordinating with the Compliance team to ensure the company’s adherence to all regulations of global payment companies and the Central Bank of Jordan regarding payment channel guidelines.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or any related field.

  • 10 years of relevant experience in E-Channels.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Senior Officer, Sales and Merchants Relations MEPS Plus

Location: Amman | Full-Time

MEPS is seeking a highly motivated Salesperson to help in developing relationships with merchants to increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling products to targeted merchants in a way that meets their needs and preferences while achieving set objectives.

  • Visiting merchants with inactive devices or low sales and addressing the issue by either activating or retrieving idle devices, so they can be redeployed to establish relationships with new merchants.

  • Providing reports on the market situation, including the impact of competitors and any other observations that could help improve the company’s relationship with merchants.

  • Preparing contracts and securing the necessary documents for product sales in accordance with the company’s policy.

  • Conduct regular visits to existing merchants to monitor their activities, address any issues, and attract new customers in the area.

  • Following up with existing merchants to resolve any issues or concerns, respond to inquiries, and take necessary actions to increase loyalty to the company.

  • Promoting and marketing the products and services offered by the company.

Manager, POS

Location: Amman | Full-Time

MEPS is seeking a highly qualified manager to supervise the POS team and provide all related services, including value-added POS services such as mobile payments and electronic vouchers, in addition to managing technical support for POS devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the team’s daily activities and monitoring their performance to improve customer satisfaction, work efficiency, and optimal use of time and effort.

  • Ensuring optimal use of resources and device supplies and preventing any waste.

  • Monitoring and executing internal projects at the departmental level.

  • Monitoring the inventory of devices and ensuring that minimum stock levels are maintained.

  • Monitoring the testing of all new products and applications before their market release.

  • Identifying and reporting operational and functional risks and issues plus addressing them.

  • Coordinating with the Merchant Sales Department to ensure the smooth operation of devices, applications, and processes according to the Sales Department’s plan.

  • Generating reports and data and providing them to management periodically or upon request.

  • Conducting quarterly reconciliation of active devices in the market and their status across all relevant systems.

  • Updating the Local Bin file on all available programs in Apex TMS weekly upon receipt from the IT department.

  • Providing internal and external support and responding to any inquiries related to the department from colleagues or merchants.

  • Reviewing the SDL report daily and verifying it against the Workflow system.

  • Monitoring the completion of all tasks, reports, and projects assigned to both office and field support staff without any delays.

Officer, Infrastructure

MEPS is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Infrastructure Officer to support the day-to-day operations and growth of our IT environment. This role involves providing technical assistance to staff, maintaining key infrastructure components, and contributing to the smooth deployment of IT services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees, resolving issues related to hardware (computers, printers, etc.) and general IT equipment.

  • Set up and manage user accounts on the SFTP file server based on role-specific access permissions.

  • Configure and manage employee email accounts in accordance with internal protocols and supervisor directives.

  • Assist in the setup and deployment of new servers to support organizational projects and service expansion.

  • Coordinate installation and maintenance of employee landline systems, ensuring continued functionality.

  • Liaise with external suppliers and service providers under the guidance of the direct supervisor.

  • Support compliance efforts by addressing Central Bank requirements related to IOCs, IPS, and domain management.

  • Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments to maintain user access, security, and operational integrity.

    Requirements:
