Director, Finance
Location: Amman | Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with international financial reporting standards.
Develop and drive financial strategies, providing data-driven insights to support executive decision-making and business expansion.
Oversee liquidity, cash flow, treasury operations, and relationships with financial institutions.
Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and internal controls.
Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure successful and timely completion.
Assess and implement enhancements to financial systems, tools, and processes to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification strongly preferred.
15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within the payments industry (required) in Jordan, GCC, Levant, and/or Egypt.
Demonstrated expertise in financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.
Advanced proficiency in SAP and other financial management tools.Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Manager, Accounting
Location: Amman | Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the daily operations of the Accounting Department, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, trial balances, and periodic financial reports in line with approved accounting standards
Develop, implement, and enforce accounting and financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
Oversee tax matters, payroll processing, and statutory deductions, and coordinate with relevant tax and regulatory authorities
Manage bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable, cash transactions, and supplier payment processes\
Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records, documentation, and implementation of new accounting standards
Coordinate inventory counts, fixed asset verification, and support internal and external audit activities
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders, and report financial deviations or policy violations to the Finance Director
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Professional certification such as CPA or CMA
Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations
Experience in preparing financial reports in accordance with IFRS
Knowledge of Financial Modeling is a plus
Advanced proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Director, Operations
Location: Amman | Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee end-to-end operational functions across the organization, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives within a regulated payments environment.
Develop and execute operational strategies that support business growth, service excellence, and superior customer and bank satisfaction.
Drive operational performance through KPIs, dashboards, and governance frameworks; identify optimization opportunities and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure full compliance of all operational activities with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards governing electronic payments.
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks in close collaboration with Risk, Compliance, and Control functions.
Oversee bank support and merchant operations, ensuring timely fulfillment of requests and strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Manage strategic relationships with banks, merchants, and key vendors, including commercial negotiations and performance oversight.
Lead operational budgeting, resource optimization, systems enhancements, and the evaluation and rollout of new products and platforms.
The Director, Operations will be responsible for managing the following operational units: Banks and Merchants Operations, Chargeback, POS, and Perso Operations.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; postgraduate degree strongly preferred.
15 years of progressive operations experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within the payments industry (required) in Jordan, GCC, and/or Levant.
Strong expertise in electronic payment operations, banking processes, and the full payment lifecycle.
Proven track record in regulatory compliance, operational risk management, and process optimization.
Exceptional Arabic and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong strategic, analytical, and executive leadership capabilities.
Director, Relationship Management
Location: Amman | Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of client relationships and business expansion initiatives to support the company’s strategic growth objectives.
Represent the company in the market as the primary point of contact for key clients and partners, ensuring strong engagement and service delivery.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives to increase company revenue.
Review and assess client requirements and RFP/RFI requests, coordinating with internal teams to evaluate the company’s ability to meet business and technical requirements.
Prepare commercial proposals, pricing structures, and contractual frameworks for new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and present recommendations to executive management.
Monitor the company’s performance in new and existing markets, reviewing revenue indicators and recommending improvements.
Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with clients and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 12 years of experience in business development, relationship management, or strategic partnerships, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Strong experience in client relationship management, market expansion, and commercial negotiations.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Relevant professional training or certifications such as CBDM, Leadership Programs, Lean Six Sigma, or Problem-Solving methodologies are considered an advantage.
Manager, E-Commerce
Location: Amman | Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the growth and adoption of the company’s online payment platforms by acquiring merchants and expanding the customer base to increase revenue.
Develop and execute the E-Commerce department strategy in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
Manage relationships with merchants and partners, monitoring transaction volumes and driving the growth of online payment usage.
Analyze customer and merchant needs to support the development and enhancement of digital payment products and improve user experience.
Oversee the implementation of e-commerce payment projects, coordinating with technology, products, and support teams to ensure successful delivery.
Monitor operational performance and transaction reports to identify opportunities for improvement and revenue growth.
Prepare technical and financial proposals for merchants and partners adopting the company’s online payment solutions.
Lead and develop the E-Commerce team, ensuring strong performance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in e-commerce, digital payments, or online commerce, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of online payment ecosystems, merchant acquisition, and digital commerce operations.
Experience working with Visa and MasterCard payment environments is preferred.
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
