Supervisor, Special Projects
Location: Amman | Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Understand the objectives, expected outcomes, scope, and risk profile of assigned special projects.
Lead the planning and execution of strategic and operational special projects across the organization.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, dependencies, and control points.
Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, senior management, and external parties as required.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with approved plans.
Apply internal audit principles to assess compliance, controls, and process effectiveness within projects.
Identify risks, gaps, or control weaknesses during execution, analyze root causes, and escalate findings with practical recommendations before issues arise.
Ensure timely delivery of projects within agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
Prepare clear progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and leadership.
Evaluate completed projects, document lessons learned and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
Coordinate and oversee regional project activities, ensuring consistency and alignment across countries and markets.
Travel frequently within the region to support implementation, stakeholder engagement, and on-site supervision.
Reporting Line:
Reports directly to PMO Manager, with a dotted reporting line to the CEO, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and executive oversight.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in special projects, project management, or business operations.
Proven experience in Internal Audit is essential, with a solid understanding of controls, compliance, and risk management.
Prior experience in Payments, Fintech, Banking, or highly regulated environments is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Team-oriented mindset with the confidence to work across functions and seniority levels.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the region.
Senior Officer, Information Security
Location: Amman | Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Review and manage user access rights.
Monitor and analyze SIEM alerts and SOC incidents.
Review security logs and investigate suspicious activities.
Follow up on vulnerability assessments and remediation plans.
Support compliance activities (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, CBJ requirements).
Participating in incident response and risk assessments.
Review security configurations, firewall rules, and system hardening.
Assist in internal and external security audits.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Information Security / Cybersecurity.
Strong knowledge of PCI DSS.
Good understanding of CBJ Cybersecurity Regulations.
Familiarity with ISO 27001 and other security standards.
Solid knowledge of SIEM, SOC operations, and log monitoring.
Good understanding of networking and IT infrastructure.
Team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Director, Finance
Location: Amman | Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with international financial reporting standards.
Develop and drive financial strategies, providing data-driven insights to support executive decision-making and business expansion.
Oversee liquidity, cash flow, treasury operations, and relationships with financial institutions.
Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and internal controls.
Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure successful and timely completion.
Assess and implement enhancements to financial systems, tools, and processes to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification strongly preferred.
15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within the payments industry (required) in Jordan, GCC, Levant, and/or Egypt.
Demonstrated expertise in financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.
Advanced proficiency in SAP and other financial management tools.
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
