MEPS Provides United Arab for Tourism Investments Co. with MasterCard Acceptance Services

Amman, April 2013 - Middle East Payment Services (MEPS) – the region’s leading payment services company licensed by MasterCard – has signed an agreement with United Arab for Tourism Investments Company, owner of Noodasia, Salad House, Zee Diner, Shawerma Dar and Mama Ghanouj, enabling it to offer its customers secure, convenient and user-friendly MasterCard acceptance services.   Based on the agreement, MEPS will install point-of-sale (POS) devices at United Arab for Tourism Investments’ five restaurant outlets, and will provide around-the-clock technical support, card authorization and ongoing monitoring security services.   “As with several other agreements recently signed by MEPS, this newest partnership stems from our goal of facilitating our acquired merchants’ transactions by giving them an integrated, multi-card POS device that ensures unparalleled security for their customers,” said Mr. Abdallah Qtaishat, MEPS Deputy CEO - Commercial.   Commenting on behalf of United Arab for Tourism Investments, Head of Operations and Marketing, Mr. Sami Juma’, added, “Our partnership with MEPS will enable us to provide our customers with cutting-edge, convenient and secure cashless payment services, which will ultimately help us offer them a more serviceable dining experience across our five outlets.
